Update to version 0.18.1 (https://qtumeco.io/wallet) as soon as possible, then relax and wait for the new features to be automatically activated at block #466,600.

Nope, just relax. The update is mandatory only for the Qtum Core wallets Qtum-Qt and qtumd.

Yes.

The purpose of the hard fork is to upgrade the Qtum blockchain, not to produce a new coin.
